About Anthony
Madrid 2008. I am an ex-smoker. Happy and free.
Hello how are you ?
Thanks for coming to my website. I guess that you came because you need some help to be free from your “nicotine addiction”. I don’t like to call it anything else because it really is nothing else except that… “nicotine addiction”. As you move around the pages of this website you will begin to learn that I have only 2 objectives…. to help you understand the reasons why you smoke and once you have this completely fixed in your head, to help you understand the brainwashing that comes with smoking and society today.
I guarantee you that after this you will never smoke again! It worked for me and it WILL work for you.
I am 42 years old and I work as a Business English teacher. I live happily in Madrid Spain. Since I stopped being a Nicotine Addict my life has changed incredibly and it just gets better and better every day. I only wish that I did what I did earlier. I can’t tell you enough that once you become an Ex-Smoker like me so many positive and amazing changes will happen to you within hours and these changes will lift you and your self esteem to heights that you never thought possible.
But as a smoker you cannot possibly understand this yet because you are trapped in a prison designed to keep you there and to make you think that leaving that prison will be a living hell. There could be nothing more further from the truth and I will prove this to you. If you are a smoker and you feel angry towards non-smokers or Ex-Smokers then that’s OK because I was the same when I was a Smoker..addicted to that drug warps your mind and controls your life endlessly and creates an arrogant defensive attitude towards people who are not drug addicts. You can’t understand how life is so much better in so many aspects unless you escape it. And you will I promise.
I began smoking at the age of 19 …but I remember as a younger child maybe 11 or 12 when my parents would have guests round and they would all be drinking, eating , laughing and …yes Smoking. It was then that my first experience of the wonderful way that adults warn you never to become a smoker …whilst they had a burning cigarette dangling from their mouths. Hilarious hypocrisy right? But the more these “grown ups” would try to convince me not to do it ..even my parents naturally…it seemed more and more the obvious thing to do to BECOME A GROWN UP.
looking back in hindsight, I smile to myself now because this was my first lesson about how smokers really talk bullshit when it comes to their own addiction. It’s hilarious..I was the same too.
Even now I remember a collegue of mine who is a nicotine addict who told me that he wishes that he was like his brother and only smoke at parties or at the weekend. What kind of mentality is this when realistically and truthfully like all smokers, he wishes to smoke no more, but the powerful effect of the brainwashing that the drug has, controls him and makes him say that he wants to smoke less. …But still be an addict. This is FEAR and I have a page about this too. Click here FEAR
I had friends at school who were already stealing cigarettes from wherever they could and smoking them in obscure hidden places around the school grounds whenever there was a break. A couple of times I was there with them and yes a couple of times I tried a few puffs only to cough and splutter..I would like to mention here that at this age ..Punk Rock had just been born and the rebellious nature of this fashion was why many young people were smoking. Because the media was showing famous Punk Rockers like Sid Vicious..Johnny Rotten…Malcolm Mclaren etc etc always smoking. But that was just a drop in the Nicotine Media Brainwashing Ocean. Media influence had already been firmly established years before that period in History trust me. Go and read my Media Brainwash page for more true factual information about this.
So … Throughout school and college, for me it was virtually impossible not to be around or in contact with people who smoke. At this age bars and discos were the norm places to be in more often than not and it was here that I began to succumb to the powerful trap that would make become a slave to nicotine for 20 years. Virtually everybody smoked…You don’t have to be an idiot or a stupid person to smoke..remember ..great leaders..Doctors..teachers..Inventors all smoke. It’s not about you mental capacity …it really comes down to powerful brainwashing that the media..the tobacco companies and the governments secretly force upon us and society that creates the millions of smokers. That is a fact.
It was only after the fact that my family smoked..(except my Dad) that my friend’s smoked and that I wanted to be cool and in with the crowd..that I finally gave into the classic reason of why most smokers smoke today. If you can’t beat them ..Join them.
Remember when you first started …did you notice that it took alot of effort to be a smoker?
By the time I was 24 I was hooked, addicted to nicotine..but like all young people who smoke it didn’t matter because I was never going to get cancer..I was going to live forever..I could control anything in my life and the classic thing that new smokers say(this is hilarious too) that they can give up smoking whenever they want…but they don’t because they are already addicted. I thought I was completely in control of everything. This is how dumb I was back then…I didn’t even realise that I was addicted. You, me included , all smokers, go through a period of not subconciously realising the amount of tobacco we were smoking. Not caring actually. When your young the seriousness of this evil trap eludes you completely. Agree?
It wasn’t until my early 30’s that I started to feel the effects of smoking and although I was a sporty kind of guy ..I knew that something was not running smoothly inside. But even in your 30’s the brainwashing still is powerful because your not in a hospital…not dead…still young ..but it was here that my body was starting to suffer and I could sense this…
This is where all my pathetic attempts for the next 10 years to stop smoking started!
I tried this..I tried that ..I tried this patch ..that patch..this chewing gum that chewing gum..tried living with Christians..Tried jogging faster, I read this book ..used this method, that method …tried virtually everything under the sun and failed everytime..I now laugh at this period in my life in relationship to my nicotine addiction. But I couldn’t get my head around why this was impossible to stop. I would argue with myself and ridicule myself to the point where eventually I thought that I was doomed to be a smoker for life.
Then I remember seeing a “True Story” movie about an employee who worked for a tobacco company and publicly revealed that the tobacco companies deliberately put other chemicals inside the tobacco that made you more addicted. It was my wake up call and it was then that I realised that being a smoker had no benefit to me whatsoever and the only people who were benefiting were these tobacco companies and the government. And benefiting incredibly. But even at this point ..just because I knew what was really going on (like you do too right?) with the government, the media, and the criminal tobacco companies, it didn’t really stop me being a smoker …funny huh?
Why ?..because the fact is when I smoked a cigarette, I did it because I was addicted to a powerful drug and no other reason whatsoever..not the taste not the smell…nothing…a drug more powewrful than any drug on this earth…and I did not know anything about drug addiction ..anything about nicotine addiction and anything about the reasons why we do smoke.
I knew like you and the rest of the millions of people who smoke what the consequences are. But this does not stop people smoking ..in fact it is used against smokers as a trap by the Mafia3…(Tobacco Companies-Media-Government) in such a beautiful way that it’s almost invisible to notice.
I woke up and started to look at all the reasons why we do smoke. I looked at information ..read books..listened to people who don’t smoke…and a whole lot more of research which is not necessary to mention here …but eventually the conclusion I came to was this.
To be an Ex-Smoker I had to first to want to stop smoking…all smokers with a brain eventually want to be free from nicotine addiction. If you are a smoker and you disagree with this then either you really are stupid or you are a young teeneager.
I had to openly admit that I was a junkie..If you use a drug..become dependant on that drug ..then there is no other argument except that you are a drug addict…hence my favourite tool word “Junkie”. To be free from the addiction of something you have only one option to be free and that option is stop doing it.
The next thing I realised was that society is saturated by the traps and brainwashing of the big 3. Although it’s slowly..very slowly changing (because tell me a Government that would completely cut of a source of billions of dollars of income quickly) Go anywhere on this planet and you will see the traps and brainwashing in it’s abundance. Realistically…every person who smokes is a walking talking advert for this drug. And the tobacco companies are extremely happy with this. I remember all those times I tried to stop smoking but cigarettes seem to be more in view than normal..I was experiencing a nightmare. But I now know why this happened because with tobacco and nicotine addiction…you realise you have to have it when it’s not available. Addiction my friend.
But this was my stepping stone to freedom ….
When I finally knew about why I smoke, the Mafia3, and not why I shouldn’t smoke, but why I smoke, I put it to the test and I made my final attempt to be free from the prison that kept me locked up for 20 years. This was October 12th 2006
And you know something …
It was amazingly easy to stop. I couldn’t believe that the effect of knowing why I smoke and what life would be like without cigarettes did for me. I became an Ex-Smoker instantly! Without pain or any medicines. Get this into your head now. There are no disadvantages whatsoever to becoming an Ex-Smoker. There is nothing to gain from being addicted to nicotine ..only a life of hell..illness..dark questions..wishful thinking…loss of money and all the other things that you lose when you smoke. You have so much to gain by being an Ex-Smoker. I know this is difficult to concieve at the moment if you are a smoker but I was the same..It’s hard to understand or feel what another person feels unless you have experienced the same as them…
…but you are never going to feel the thing you want to feel unless you do the things that you need to do to feel the things that you want…FREEDOM FROM NICOTINE FOREVER
Let me help you. You have nothing to lose. If you don’t become an Ex-Smoker with my help then you will only be where you are now at the end of all this. Still smoking.
P.S. I don’t want to sound like a patronising non-smoker now but it’s true that life is so much better when you don’t smoke…the food..the energy…the sex..the smells…the money. Try it ..you will see.
