Everybody can think, and we all have the capacity to rationalise our own minds and do or make anything happen. We have that power. But still people don’t use it to its full potential. This is because it means working with emotions, and when people (smokers especially) have to face the realities of how important understanding emotions are to the process of an ultimate decision, especially one that could either save their lives or end it, they back down.

It’s true! Smokers, when they are faced with a tough decision to become an ex-smoker, their wiring changes completely because the emotion “Fear” takes over.

The biggest emotion that a smoker (who actually wants to stop smoking) will probably have to face is going to be fear, and fear is the controlling emotion. This fear in reality either controls you, or you control it. It is common knowledge that most smokers who have failed to stop smoking, time and time again experience the former control of fear and not the latter. If a smoker fails to stop smoking, it is because the controlling side of fear makes them start smoking again.

When fear controls the smoker, the smoker has no alternative but to focus on the present fear that he or she is experiencing. If the smoker is focusing on the fear then it’s pretty obvious that the smoker will not be focusing on the objective, which, is to finally become free from nicotine addiction. As I keep saying… What you focus on, that is what you get.

If this situation sounds familiar to you and you are smoker who has been trying so many times to stop smoking, and you fail miserably every time you try to stop smoking, because you feel afraid, that life will be difficult, or that you will suffer terrible withdrawal pains then here is the solution and the solution is quite simple. And guess what? You can do it right now! And you can do it today!

If not today, then I will give you at least tonight to think it over and you can do it tomorrow.

What is it? It’s simple! Just reverse the control of the fear, instead of it controlling you, you can be in control of it, because if you let it continue controlling you it will kill you eventually.

Let me repeat that! If you let it continue controlling you it will kill you eventually.

It really is that simple! Let the fear motivate you in saying no more. Feel afraid to die. Feel afraid to not get your life back and be a normal human being. Feel afraid that if you continue to smoke you will be miserable, angry and a hopeless fool controlled by a stupid plant….then use this fear to create the focus you want…what is the ultimate reason or result a smoker who stops smoking gets? His or her life back.

I have two questions…

What actually makes the smoker continue procrastinating and use fear in the negative way? And…

What actually makes a smoker think that becoming an ex smoker is beyond them?

It’s unbelievable that smokers think this. I never heard anything so sad in all my life. It pains me to know that smokers are being fooled and brainwashed by the tobacco companies.

The problem is that smokers think that they live in a society that cannot be enjoyed without nicotine and this also contributes to them being absolutely convinced that the past equals the future. It does not! If a smoker wants to stop smoking, they have to come out from living in the past and go into the future by doing something now, today! By becoming someone new.

Smokers who want become an ex smoker, but are afraid to stop smoking and leave that past world behind are in a mindset of the past, and that’s it! They are stuck in a mindset of the past. And the equation for the mindset of the past people is this, what has happened will be, what should be and what is.

Intellectually, smokers should remind themselves at this point that they know what is good for them and they know what is bad for them, and this means that they can rationally, instantly, make a life-saving decision. Because when you know what is good for you and when you know what is bad for you, you will always know what will be the best thing to do. Once smokers stop focusing on the fear in a negative way, which means making the fear work for them, then completely doing a 180 of what they have been doing in the past and start using that fear to actually save their lives.

And if you are a smoker get it into your head that stopping smoking ultimately saves your life.

To put it in simple terms, what a smoker really has to do is remind themselves that to reverse the power of this hugely controlling emotion, is to know that Decision is the ultimate power.

Let me repeat that. Decision is the ultimate power.

If you are a smoker who wants to stop smoking then decide where you want to be. Do you want to be in the past? Then live in the past. Do you want to come out of the past and live a new wonderful, healthy, vibrant, and long life? Then leave that mindset of the past behind you and leave it behind you now! Leave it behind you today! Make that decision!

Smokers who constantly fail to stop smoking, and when asked why they fail, they will blurt out a list of excuses, a list of pathetic excuses, and claim these excuses to be a truly accurate bonifide reason. Excuses manifested into reasons. But they are not the defining factors as to why they continue to smoke.

If you are a smoker, the defining factors are the decisions you make, the decisions you take, the emotions you create, the person you become and the life saving action you take when you make those decisions.

The true objective for a smoker to stop smoking depends on how he or she will control the emotion we know as fear, how he or she will recognize it as an ally, a tool, and finally believe that it can be controlled, used and utilized to create positive actions from a true life saving decision…

…a decision to stop smoking now ….and forever.

I know you’re an ex cigarette smoker, but do you have the occasional cigar?

Very informative website. I’m going to try and stop smoking tonight before I go to bed.

hi here…thanks for the comment. I appreciate you taking the time to write.

In answering your question…no i dont have the occasional cigar because it is up there with the poison that cigarettes are. Cigars are a tool of illusion created by the tobacco companies to make you think that a celebration or good moment is not complete without a cigar.

Pathetic. If you become a father…the cigars are handed round…where is the logic?

It would be more logical to save your health for the years ahead…not diminish it with that poison. Cigars are for brainwashed people. If you dont smoke a cigar..will your newborn child retreat back inside mom?
    Will Christmas be cancelled?
Will the business contract be unsigned…Cigar smoking is just as dangerous as cigarette smoking.

    Also…dont say..

I’m going to try and stop smoking tonight before I go to bed

    say this….

I’m going to stop smoking tonight before I go to bed.

Dont try with stopping …just do it..
…you wont die I promise. But you could die earlier than normal if you don’t

Do this and make a decision that will save your life.
Give your life to you and not the tobacco companies.

Good luck and feel free to ask anything :)
