Nicotine: The Evil “Condition and Confidence” Controller

Change the way that you think that smoking gives you pleasure.
If you still smoke, and it’s been a few years now, then at this moment in your life you are probably being followed by some “Dark Questions” that have appeared at this stage in your smoking career. What I mean is this. It is a fact that all smokers will eventually want to or try to quit smoking, and then start the process of the psychological battle that follows between the smoker and the addiction which if you don’t know by now is placed upon the smoker by the tobacco companies. These “Dark Questions” belong to a process that has started because the smoker starts to question him or herself about the dangers of smoking (which all smokers knew anyway) and what it’s doing to them and the time has come to stop and start concentrating on a healthier life style. Whatever the reason, it is inevitable to happen.
These “Dark Questions” could be something like…
- Will this cigarette be the one that gives me cancer?
- Is that pain in my head a tumor?
- Is that pain in my leg a blood-clot on its way to my brain?
- Is that tight feeling in my lung, lung cancer?
etc etc.
But 99% of smokers like yourself (and I was the same too) start this process but yet they still continue to smoke whilst it’s going on. On one hand they have those dark questions and the subconscious battle that happens when the smoker wants to stop smoking, and on the other hand they are angry, afraid, maybe submissive, and for sure, lacking confidence in making the correct decision to quit cigarettes, which ultimately could save their lives.
Why is that so?
Why do smokers continue to smoke when the smokers somewhere deep down wants to?
2 Reasons. It is because the smoker primarily is afraid or terrified that the he or she can’t stop and they have actually created a condition or state that makes them believe that they actually enjoy smoking.
It is by far a lot easier to lie to yourself as a smoker than go through the phases of stopping smoking that society, the media, the governments, and other failed to stop smokers have lied to you about. But if the smoker continues to lie to themselves in this way then eventually that action, or choice of action will kill the smoker.
The smoker only thinks he or she enjoys the cigarette because it gives them some kind of pleasure. Some kind of boost. Yes, that is called the “Hit” from the nicotine fix that the cigarette gives the nicotine addict. Any junkie who doesn’t get his fix for a while is going to feel nothing BUT pleasure when the addiction is fed. But that’s the illusion the smoker has accepted and authorized into his or her nervous system. Giving this permission to poison oneself is basically the true reality that the smoker has conditioned him or herself to enjoy it. This is a grave situation that the function of the cigarette deludes the smoker to do. It’s like blackmail. The Government endorsed nicotine addiction holds you to ransom. It’s blatantly obvious and the smoker needs to wake up and see it. It says ” If you don’t continue to smoke I’m gonna make you suffer and burn in hell forever”
Holy shit!! …this is the power of this stuff. But wait ! that’s only if you believe it to be. There is an alternative response I promise. More about that later.
The smoker has to admit this now and succumb to the fact that they think they enjoy it because that is what they have conditioned themselves to do. Is that you? Do you say you enjoy smoking?
But let me ask another question if you still smoke. Does the thought of stopping smoking scare you?
Well of course it does because there is no other reason you continue to smoke. You are …Addicted, conditioned, brainwashed, and afraid to stop. Do you admit to this? If you dont then you are just a stupid teenager who smokes and things they are immortal…you will come back here one day I promise !
Let me warn all smokers now with this cut to the bone statement. The pleasure you have conditioned your mind to believe the cigarette is giving you is the pleasure that is STEALING YOUR LIFE FROM YOU!! It is murdering you with each puff you take.
Why is this so?
Wake up! Non smokers or ex-smokers like me and the millions of people around the world who are becoming ex-smokers everyday, do not face this dilemma. It is the trap that is put there as a free incentive by the tobacco companies for you to continue smoking and continue destroying your one and only health. That incidentally I need not remind you is just the one health you have . Remember that please..no health ..no life. But you can always go and smoke a pleasurable life sucking cigarette and not be bothered about that right’
Equation: Conditioned Mind and Body to Smoking + Tobacco Company/Media Brainwashing+Nicotine Addiction+Subconscious Need or Yearning to Quit Smoking= FEAR
It is this fear from the above equation that the smoker (YOU) has to overcome, change, and eliminate completely from your subconscious mind and your physiological condition.
Nicotine addiction controls your condition of the mind and your self confidence. Do not contest that because it’s true. It is that sinister yet beautiful trap that you have fallen for when you became a smoker. Realistically you as a smoker know deep down in your heart of hearts that you are a blithering fool to be continuing to smoke. But you are afraid. That fear is the emotion that nicotine addiction puts on you.
You have to change your condition and state of mind. You have to accept that the condition you have as a smoker can be completely reversed and I am living proof of that but first you have to learn how to change your “Fear Factor” and start to focus on a fear that you have created and not the nicotine or the plotting evil tobacco companies. You have to change your physiology, your state, your decision, your condition into that of an ex-smoker.
It is simple to do, trust me.
Another Equation: Decision+Emotion+Action+Result= Feeling
- Decide to never smoke again
- Create the 2 emotions of Happiness (BEING FREE FROM ADDICTION) and fear ( THAT IF YOU DONT STOP WHAT YOU WILL LOSE)
- Take positive action and change the way you live your life. Take action to not live the life as a smoker anymore.
- Each day get the results as they pass by, that your decision is helping you to live a longer and healthier life.
- Get that ecstatic feeling of being free from a prison that would have stolen your life eventually if you stayed there. Each day you pass as an Ex-smoker, celebrate it, celebrate it, celebrate it.
Condition those inevitable cravings that will come, yes, they will come but dont worry there is no pain physically, into a pleasurable experience.. (You wont keel over and die) This is the key. This is the secret to overcoming this horrible life stealing addiction. The condition you have now, you must reverse it. You created it so you can reverse it I promise. I promise you CAN do it!
It’s simple….
Do this…
- When you get a craving for a life sucking murdering cigarette. Decide there and then not to smoke one. Decide it for the rest of your life too.
- Now as the craving persists, keep saying to yourself that it is only a sign that my body is saying thank you for finally allowing me to clean my lungs and my blood so it can go back to it’s normal state which the nicotine systematically stole.
- Recognize this feeling each time and be thankful its happening. If you have the opportunity go out for a brisk walk and smile as you do it because you now know that you are giving your body, life, and health back to its rightful owner and that is you not the evil profiteering from death tobacco companies. This is the reversal of your condition. Do this constantly throughout the day and believe me you will have conditioned your mind in only a few days and you will be free. Because what you focus on ..that is what you get.
- Go outside and breathe deeply through your your nose and notice the life giving air that goes into your once captured lungs. Smile after you ex-hale and say I am an ex-smoker after each breath. Smile..celebrate..say it..celebrate.
- Understand that your fear is your choice (Decision). Your fear of the consequences should be profound. Not the fear of the cravings. They don’t exist anymore. They are put there by the tobacco companies. Take control of this. Be afraid of what WILL happen if you continue to smoke. Smile at the feeble attempt of nicotine to trap you again. It will try but you have left that life behind. You have conditioned your state, your condition to accept the cravings as a house cleaning element and your body is your house and we all like and love a clean house. AND REMEMBER !!! It’s the only place you have to live.
You must change your condition and this will change your confidence. If you want to be free again. Remember that you didn’t need them before you started using them.

Well Sorry for being late..but i must say this community really helped me a lot..never thought controlling desire for nicotine cud be so easy…i thoght of it to be a clumsy task..no herbal ciggys can help u ..all u need is sheer will power and the reason ..If U FIGURE OUT ..Why??..Thanx Antony me going strong …just smoke a cigarrette or two now a days
