Still A Smoker? Then read on…

If you are still a smoker with the intention of quitting today, tomorrow or very soon, I suggest you get ready to make some fundamental changes in your life, your personality, your philosophy towards yourself and your health, your diet, your intelligence, and the way you deal with your past and present emotionally. These changes will probably save your life from being cut short by the evil substance and poison that we no as “NICOTINE-THE LIFE ELIMINATOR”. These changes saved mine.

I will be frank (direct) with you now….It doesnt matter which way, or method, you use to quit smoking because at the end of the day to be an ex-smoker you are going to have to eventually stop putting those filthy, life sucking things to your mouth and lighting them. That is the objective. Nothing more…nothing less. Stopping smoking, means just that..”Stopping Smoking”. Whatever you do, do not fall into the trap of using nicotine replacement products.

To be an Ex-smoker you must first do two of several things primarily which are crucial to escaping the “Open Door Prison” that holds you and they are as follows:

  • Admit that you are completely addicted to something and the reason why you haven’t stopped is because that is the primary function of cigarettes. To keep you smoking! So admit that you are a “Junkie”. Go ahead and finally hang your head in shame for a few moments and admit that your life is being controlled by a poison, a tobacco company, and you are gladly paying through the nose for this to happen every single day. Admit that you generate or manifest excuses that you believe to be reasons for being a “Junkie” to nicotine. They are not reasons trust me…they are just pathetic excuses that you give. You !! Nobody else. You must have the courage and the maturity to be responsible for this pathetic addiction you have that is killing you. You know this is true, but you HAVE TO ADMIT THIS TO YOURSELF NOW. Admit everything ..then raise your head and say “NO MORE”
  • Start educating yourself why you really do smoke. Click Here for my article about this subject. You smoke because you are addicted to a poison that eventually is going to take your life away. And you smoke because you are brainwashed into thinking that you cannot live a normal life without cigarettes and that if you stopped you will suffer tremendous pain. Nothing could be further from the truth. Start asking yourself why do non smokers and ex-smokers live their lives through good times and bad times and still not need a cigarette. Start telling yourself that your decision making in the past has been your downfall if you have tried to stop and failed before. If not, and you are contemplating being an ex-smoker for the first time then you need to change some personal philosophy in your decision making because some big decisions need to be made if you are to succeed. You will know the evil that tobacco companies do to you when you try to stop smoking. Be ready to change your philosophy about your decision making. Change your philosophy…change your life.

In order to move on to the next steps of becoming an Ex-smoker like me and the millions of people around the world today you must first grasp what those sentences in the two points above mean and signify. You cant move on until you get that stuff into your head.

Recap it now…..admit  to yourself that you are…

  • an addict to a poison…say it…I am a junkie!!!
  • a person who has made crazy decisions to destroy my health.
  • a person who has been brainwashed and trapped by the tobacco companies and media.
  • a person who has been irresponsible.
  • a person who needs to stop holding onto the past.
  • a person who gives pathetic excuses for the reasons why I  smoke.
  • a person who has a bad philosophy in relation to my health.
  • a person who has to make a decision to save my life.
  • a person who now truly wants to be an ex-smoker.

When you fix this into your head…you can start the change. You can start the journey today. You must want to escape my friend. Intention will not save you, help you nor get you through this. Only knowledge, a true decision, a new philosophy, action and the true personal power to give your life back to you and not the tobacco companies can and will do this.
